All services are delivered remotely and tailored to the client’s project requirements as agreed upon in writing or electronically. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these conditions.
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through Stripe and other secure online processors. Prices and fees are displayed before purchase and are final once payment is processed. Taxes, if applicable, will be added based on your location.
Strategy fees and discovery sessions are non-refundable once initiated. Refunds may be issued for unused future service periods if requested within 14 days. Requests for refunds must be sent to contact@daoudysolution.com with invoice details. DAOUDY SOLUTION LLC reserves the right to deny refunds for completed or delivered services.
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and materials needed to complete the agreed-upon services. Failure to provide these may result in project delays or termination without refund. All materials, content, and deliverables created by DAOUDY SOLUTION LLC remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except for proprietary tools or templates.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship. DAOUDY SOLUTION LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services rendered.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
